1. By using this website, you agree with the following terms and conditions. Academic-M may make changes to these Terms and Conditions without notice.

2. The content of this website is for your general information and use. It is subject to change without notice.

3. All coaching sessions are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Any purchased coaching sessions are valid for use for up to 3 months from the date of payment.

4. All cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice; coaching sessions will not be refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. An email or a message canceling a session is the only way to withdraw from a scheduled appointment (calling off or rescheduling).

*Last-minute cancellation requests are acceptable in emergencies.

5. Confidentiality is always maintained. As a coach, Marina Andersen is bound by the code of ethics and conduct. Breaches of confidentiality will be restricted to exceptional circumstances (when the safety of client or other persons may be endangered).

6. You may terminate your coaching with Marina Andersen at any time.

7. Marina Andersen may terminate the coaching relationship with a client at any time (offering the client a full refund for the pre-paid session).

8. All sessions are subject to availability.

9. This website contains material which is owned by Academic-M/ Marina Andersen. This includes the design, layout, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.

10. When you become a coaching client of Marina Andersen, your personal details, such as the name, email address, phone number, will be securely stored digitally for account management. Any email correspondence you have with Marina Andersen will also be confidentially stored.
