All online sessions are prepaid, so you don’t have to worry about extra fees or remember to pay the invoice later.

All sessions are offered as single sessions, so you can buy as many additional sessions as you need – there’s a great financial flexibility.

I use multiple digital platforms to facilitate coaching sessions to make it more convenient for you. Following options are available: Skype, Facebook Messenger, and Google Meet.

My coaching sessions include simple coaching techniques and useful tools based on my areas of expertise and scientific research from linguistics, physiology, and behavioral cognitive psychology.


Online coaching worldwide

Academic-M is based in Denmark, offering online coaching to anxiety clients worldwide (Denmark, Norway, UK, USA, Netherlands, South Africa and Philippines). For many years I have been working with people from different cultural and educational backgrounds. Over the years I’ve coached students, athletes, artists, musicians, managing directors, housewives, business owners, and many more.

This fantastic experience gave me the opportunity to develop unique, highly effective methods for clients, who have had long-term anxiety and didn’t find counsellors or anxiety medication helpful.

My coaching approach educates you on your condition – giving you the power to resolve your anxiety rather quickly. When you have the fundamental understanding of how your mind and body work together and develop the necessary skills, you gain confidence and take control of your own life.

How coaching can help you

Working hours, crisis therapy and getting in touch

My practice is open for online sessions:
Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm UK time.

Email and telephone support is available between sessions Monday to Friday.

Each session is 60 minutes long.

Crisis therapy is available Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm UK time and additionally Saturday, 5pm to 8pm.

After you have purchased your coaching session, I will get in touch with you by welcome email. In the welcome email you’ll find date and time of your first session and a worksheet with questions you can answer at leisure (without the pressure to respond immediately). Your responses will provide a short description of your symptoms and feared situations/objects and what digital platform you would prefer to use for your session: Skype, Facebook Messenger, or Google Meet.

– what to expect?

During our conversation we will cover all the topics/situations you consider relevant. You decide what is important for you to talk about and I will listen to you carefully and suggest some exercises or methods.

There is no right or wrong way to do coaching, it is our friendly interaction and happens naturally. If you don’t feel comfortable engaging in a certain task, I will suggest a different way of practicing the same skill or thinking pattern.

I will share my personal experience with anxiety and my expert insights – so you will meet me as a coach as well as former anxiety patient. Many of my clients find it very encouraging, as I am a living proof that long-term anxiety can be resolved even without medication. 


A lasting change

My goal is to equip you with knowledge and tools that will enable you to design your life in a way, which prevents burnout and stress (both usually lead to changes in your brain chemistry and cause anxiety). That is why my sessions are effective and have excellent value. Once you have resolved your anxiety, you gain control of your life and future health.
